Zhong Lusheng
He has served as a soldier, squad leader, platoon leader, company commander, security department officer for the General Political Department, military court judge, vice president, president of the People's Liberation Army Direct-Affiliated Squadron, vice president, president, deputy political commissar of the Mengzi Frontier Defense Division of Yunnan Province (military rank of colonel, full division level, senior judge at the national level).
京大律师事务所副主任钟芦生，2008年8月退休，被聘为中国深圳航空公司审计监察法务部总经理。现为北京市京大律师事务所副主任，一级合伙人。
长期在军队高级机关和司法部门任职，具有丰富的军事司法，军事机关及涉军法律服务方面的经验，熟悉军队的编制体制和军队的办事流程，办理过许多在军队具有重大影响的大案要案，承办过大量的涉军法律事务。2001年被中宣部和总政治部授予全国普法先进个人称号。曾多次在文汇报，解放军报，人民司法等报刊杂志上刊登文章。到地方工作后办理过许多涉及刑事，民事等多领域的案件和法律事务，并担任多家军队和地方单位的法律顾问。
